We ship all orders directly from our trusted suppliers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we can’t guarantee changes. However, once your order arrives, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing; shipping takes place the next day after processing. During holidays or high-demand periods, allow extra time. Note: We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?
